Each students has four cards:
green (smile face), yellow (so-so face), red (sad face), and a white
card with a phone on it. If a student is misbehaving, they will
get one warning. If they continue to misbehave, their card will
get turned to yellow and they will lose five minutes of 'work station'
time or five minutes of recess. If they continue, their card will
get turned to red and they will lose "free choice work station'
time. For a further infraction, they will turn their card to the
"phone card' and will have to call home with the teacher to tell their
parent(s). Please sign the bottom and return A.S.A.P.
